Started in 2016, we specialize in hauling oversize buildings and tanks to every corner of the United States. To counter the ups and downs of being in the transportation industry, we decided to start our own excavating business in 2020. Tony started as a young man running equipment and doing dirt jobs, so it seems only fitting to have an excavating business alongside the trucking and the two businesses work hand in hand. We do most if not all of our own maintenance and repair work on the trucks and trailers, meaning less down time waiting for a roadside mechanic to get our trucks running again if we have a breakdown.
Our Story
T-Davis Trucking started in 2016, after many years of trucking for other outfits, being leased to other companies, and driving other people's trucks, it was time to start a business and do things our way, the right way. We started with one truck which was our toreador red flat top Peterbilt. From there we have slowly grown and expanded to where we are now.
We differentiate our family owned and operated business by offering our own in-house pilot car service and doing our own in-house permitting and routing, which offers less down time waiting on permits and often we can get a shorter route than what a permit agency would give us, giving us faster delivery times than competitors. Combine this with the over 30 years of experience with over the road trucking and oversize load transportation and heavy equipment operating and there's not much we can't handle.
We have a truckload of care and passion for what we do, it's more of a lifestyle than a job. We care about our clients' freight just as much as they do, and our clients' concerns are our concerns.
