The 2026 NCTA Women in Trucking Summit is a multi-day conference focused on empowering women in the trucking industry.
Keynote Speaker: Alison Fragale, an organizational psychologist, professor at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, and bestselling author of ‘Likeable Badass: How Women Get the Success They Deserve.’ Her research on status, power, negotiation, and influence has been published in top academic journals and national media outlets.
Tentative Schedule:
Tuesday, February 3, 2026: Conference kickoff with registration, sessions, time with exhibitors, and dinner.
Wednesday, February 4, 2026: Full day of sessions, networking, and special events. Dinner on your own.
Thursday, February 5, 2026: Keynote speaker and closing remarks.
