CALL FOR ABSTRACTS

INFORMS Transportation Science and Logistics (TSL) Society Third Triennial Conference

The Transportation Science and Logistics Society (TSL) Conference provides an opportunity for all members to gather on a triennial basis to present and to discuss the state-of-the-art in optimization applied to transportation science and logistics.

Abstract submission: Abstracts should be at most 4 pages in length including references.

Poster submission: Abstracts, with the same guidelines, can also be submitted specifically for presentation as poster. Posters will be on display throughout the conference, and a special session will be held for the attendees to visit the posters accompanied by one or more authors. A student poster competition will identify three best posters for awards along with up to two honorable mentions. Judging will be conducted by the scientific committee members.

Each paper and poster presentation should have at least one registered author as a presenter, and an author cannot have more than one (paper or poster) presenter role. There will be limited space for paper and poster presentations.

– Abstract submission deadline: December 12, 2025
– Notification of acceptance: February 28, 2026
– Deadline for early registration: April 3, 2026
– Conference: July 26 – 29, 2026
