ASCM North Texas – Prof. Development Meeting – Irving, TX

Supply chain changed dramatically in the minds of organizations, executives, and consumers in 2020. With the exception of a few supply chain-centric organizations, internal engagement on supply chain was largely rooted in operational consistency and a token annual BOD update. That completely changed for a period of time during and after COVID.
Once a function focused on cost optimization, efficiency, and compensating for upstream and downstream flow impacts, supply chain quickly emerged as a core capability to maximize unprecedented growth and consumption. As supply chain disruptions subsided and subsequent impacts normalized, organizations and executive leaders have pivoted back to traditional areas of focus.
This session will explore:
- What supply chain collaboration looks like going forward
- How organizations can sustain visibility, engagement, and partnership
- Key takeaways from recent disruptions to avoid repeated mistakes
