Anthony Allen – VP of Recruiting, Supply Chain Talent Advisors
Anthony Allen brings more than 20 years of hands-on supply chain and operations experience. After building his career as a supply chain executive, he founded Supply Chain Talent Advisors, where he partners with companies to hire senior supply chain and operations leaders.

Dennis Horton – VP of Global Supply Chain, Little Giant Ladder Systems
Dennis DJ Horton Jr. is a global supply chain executive with deep operational experience across planning, sourcing, and manufacturing. He began his Supply Chain journey at GE, expanded his scope at Michelin, and today leads end-to-end supply chain strategy at Little Giant Ladder Systems where he drives co-manufacturing, inventory, SIOP/IBP, and logistics across six international sites. DJ is a people-first leader known for building aligned, accountable teams and for mentoring the next generation of supply chain professionals to thrive in complex, fast-moving environments.

Matt Talbert – Senior Manager, Content & Business Intelligence, ASCM
Matt Talbert has been with ASCM for more than eight years and currently is the senior manager of content and business intelligence. His background is in data analysis, research and survey methodology. He oversees the development of ASCM’s annual Supply Chain Salary and Career Survey Report and the annual Top 10 Supply Chain Trends list. He obtained a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Iowa and a master of public administration degree from Roosevelt University.
