WERC – Ariat Facility Tour – DFW

In 2022, Ariat, in partnership with Hy-Tek Intralogistics, launched the Exotec Skypod System within their one-million-square-foot distribution center. Featuring 71,758 bins and 86 Skypods, this advanced system manages a diverse range of SKUs and meets the need for fast, dynamic order fulfillment. It reduces repetitive and physically intense tasks for employees, allowing Ariat to reallocate 80% of its manual pick labor. The system efficiently handles both large retail batches and small eCommerce orders, providing the flexibility and scalability needed for Ariat’s growth. Today, Ariat’s team can pick over 1,958 bins per hour and is already planning the next phase of expansion.

Special Instructions: All attendees will need to sign an NDA prior to the tour, please arrive 10-15 minutes early to sign in and receive your badge. Closed-toes shoes and no high-heels, please. Anyone with long hair will need to have it pulled back for the tour portion. Safety vests will be provided.
