Amy will discuss Mobility 2050, NCTCOG’s ambitious long-range metropolitan transportation plan. This blueprint aims to enhance the North Central Texas multimodal transportation network through 2050, focusing on improving access to jobs, education, healthcare, and healthy food, while prioritizing system safety and air quality. The Plan strives to meet the mobility needs of the region by guiding the implementation of multimodal transportation improvements, polices and programs in the 12-county Metropolitan Planning Area through the year 2025.
